Shahin Dezh

Shahindej (also shahindezh, Azari: Sayınqala, Persian: شاهین‌دژ) is a city in West Azarbaijan Province, northwestern Iran, with more than 43,000 inhabitants. It is located southeast of Lake Urmia about 1,300 metres above sea level.
